Annual Compact Meetings
Named after the Mayflower Compact, a document describing the governance structure of the Mayflower settlers, the annual Compact meeting provides a venue for the approval of motions that govern the CSMD, and for the election of members of the board of assistants.
The meeting is held in the fall, and covers approval of the previous year’s compact meeting minutes, reports of members of the Board of Assistants, the election of board members whose terms have expired, and other motions as may be put forward.
All paid members in good standing are entitled to vote on agenda items. The agenda and pertinent information are sent to members in advance for review.
If you have any questions regarding the meeting, please direct them to our Governer Bill Curry.
