The CSMD 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held using ZOOM on Sunday November 3rd at 4 p.m. Atlantic time (3 p.m. Eastern, 2 p.m. Central, 1 p.m. Mountain and 12 a.m. Pacific time). The meeting can also be accessed for audio only using a telephone or visual using a computer or smart phone.
The following is the Nomination Committee’s recommendations for the posts that will renew or change this year:
John Noble – Historian
Carol Martin – Surgeon
Cheryl Anderson – Canadian Pilgrim Editor
Paul Roney – Digital Administrator
George McNeillie – Captain (and acting Librarian)
Bob Curry – Recording Secretary
Maureen McGee – Member at Large
Barry Frame – NS Colony Regent (from 2024 to 2026 as per NS Colony by-laws and already voted on by that body)
We have one vacant position we have not filled yet and that is CSMD Treasurer.
