Members and Terms of the Board of Assistants
The Canadian Society of Mayflower Descendants is overseen and operated by an elected Board of Assistants that meets at least twice yearly to conduct Society business. Offices are staggered three year terms. With the exception of the Treasurer position, all Board of Assistants positions begin and end at the Annual General Meeting of the year specified in the term displayed below. For example, If the term is 2024-2027 the individual was elected at the AGM in 2024, and their term expires at the AGM in 2027. Note that the Treasurer’s position starts and ends on January 1, instead of at the AGM. In the event a position is vacated prior to the end of the term, it may be filled upon agreement of the Board of Assistants.
